Owner for over 30 years, the Mercier family (Guy, Louise and their daughter Julie, Director of Programs, psychoeducator and camper since the age of 6) directs the camp with rigor, ensuring that everything is in order for the well-being of rancheros and rancheras and for a rewarding and unforgettable experience. Carefully chosen for their skills, the Ranch Massawippi staff distinguishes itself by its professionalism, sense of responsibility, dynamism, joie de vivre and dedication to children. Our activity experts hold certifications related to the camp activities. The monitors and riding instructors are certified by the Quebec Equestrian Federation.

Specialists in climbing, tree-to-tree adventures and water sports assure the safety of these activities. Strong references are required before hiring our staff. Each candidate must successfully complete the training program offered by the Ranch Massawippi management. This program follows the certification standards of the Association des camps du Québec (ACQ) and the Quebec Equestrian Federation.
